1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of CyberDiviner / 赛博算命 (“CyberDiviner”, “the app”, “we”, or “our”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Entertainment-only use
CyberDiviner provides divination-style, tarot-style, face-reading entertainment, cultural interpretation, and AI-generated text experiences. The app is for entertainment, self-reflection, and cultural experience only.
CyberDiviner does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, diagnostic, safety, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
3. No guaranteed accuracy
Outputs generated by CyberDiviner may be symbolic, fictional, inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. Do not rely on the app for important decisions, including decisions about health, finances, legal matters, safety, employment, relationships, or other material life matters.
4. User-configured AI providers
CyberDiviner may allow you to configure third-party or self-hosted AI providers. You are responsible for:
- the provider or endpoint you choose;
- the API key you enter;
- reviewing the provider’s own terms and privacy policy;
- ensuring that you have the right to use that provider.
Cloud AI features are optional. On-device AI features may use Gemma 3 1B LiteRT / CyberDiviner Gemma 3 1B models where available and enabled.
5. Face-reading feature
Face-reading features are provided only as entertainment and cultural-style interpretation. They are not identity verification, biometric authentication, medical diagnosis, psychological assessment, or scientific personality evaluation.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to attack, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass security features, violate third-party rights, or use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
7. Third-party services
The app may interact with third-party services for optional cloud AI, Android speech recognition, and model downloads. These services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that you choose or configure.
8. Changes to the app
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the app at any time, including AI providers, model download sources, and experimental features.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberDiviner is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions, losses, damages, or consequences arising from reliance on app outputs or from your use of user-configured third-party services.
11. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

3. 不保证准确性

4. 用户配置的 AI 服务商
本应用可能允许你配置第三方或自托管 AI 服务商。你需要自行负责：
- 你选择的服务商或接口地址；
- 你输入的 API Key；
- 查阅该服务商自己的条款和隐私政策；
- 确保你有权使用该服务商。
云端 AI 功能为可选功能。端侧 AI 功能在可用并启用时可能使用 Gemma 3 1B LiteRT / CyberDiviner Gemma 3 1B 模型。
5. 面相功能
面相功能仅作为娱乐和文化式解读提供，不属于身份验证、生物识别认证、医学诊断、心理评估或科学人格评估。
6. 可接受使用
你同意不滥用本应用。禁止行为包括攻击、过载、破坏、逆向工程、绕过安全功能、侵犯第三方权利，或将本应用用于违法、有害或 abusive 的目的。
7. 第三方服务
本应用可能会为了可选云端 AI、Android 语音识别和模型下载而与第三方服务交互。这些服务受其自身条款和政策约束。对于你选择或配置的第三方服务，我们不承担责任。
8. 应用变更
我们可能随时修改、暂停或停止本应用的部分功能，包括 AI 服务商、模型下载来源和实验性功能。
9. 免责声明
在法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按“现状”和“可用”状态提供，不作任何明示、默示或法定保证。
10. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因依赖应用输出或使用用户配置的第三方服务而产生的决定、损失、损害或后果承担责任。

我们可能不时更新本条款。条款更新后继续使用本应用，即表示你接受更新后的条款。
